Master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom is a kid's paradise with both a full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk bed setup. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for your cooking needs, including a special microwave/air fryer/convection oven combo. Gather around the 6-person dining table for meals or family game nights - we provide popular games like Uno, Phase 10, and Skip-Bo! Perfect base for sports tournaments and family vacations. No pets allowed (except service animals). Quiet residential community - no parties or events. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. We do not accept bookings from residents of Hurricane, Washington, St. George, and surrounding communities (exceptions considered for temporary housing needs with prior approval). Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and cleaning schedule. Initial supplies of essentials provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). Grocery stores nearby for additional needs. Lost key fob fee: $150. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Check out our house manual upon arrival for local recommendations, emergency info, and detailed instructions for amenities. Please note that resort amenities are managed by the HOA and not by us directly. While we strive to provide accurate information about available amenities, we cannot guarantee their operation at all times. No refunds, discounts, or price adjustments will be provided for temporary amenity closures, maintenance, or malfunctions that are outside of our control. Some buildings in the community are still under construction. You may hear construction noise during your stay.

Occupancy & Guests - Maximum occupancy: 6 guests - No parties or events - strictly prohibited - Overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in reservation - Reservations from local residents of Hurricane, Washington, and St. George, UT (and surrounding communities) are not accepted. This policy helps maintain neighborhood harmony and prevent unauthorized gatherings. This was a great place to stay after a few days hiking at Zion. We were close to Hurricane and St. George and able to enjoy the restaurants. Our kids loved the pool complex!
